1. Core Structure & Material

1.1 Material Composition

• Blades: Made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (complying with ASTM A641 standards) or stainless steel sheets (304/316 grade) with a thickness of 0.5mm ± 0.05mm. They are precision-stamped into shape, featuring edge sharpness like a blade.
• Core Wire: High-strength galvanized steel wire with a diameter of 2.5mm ± 0.1mm (tensile strength: 450-500MPa), providing overall support and anti-stretching performance.
• Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized layer with a thickness of 90-140gsm, passing a 1000+ hour salt spray test to ensure no rusting for over 10 years in harsh environments (e.g., humidity, high salt). Some models offer PVC coating (thickness: 0.8-1.2mm) to further enhance UV resistance and anti-aging performance.

• Cross-Type Configuration: Two adjacent barbed razor wires are cross-wound and fixed with iron clips, forming a dense diamond mesh structure that effectively prevents climbing and cutting.
